BRILLIANT STAGING is seeking Home Staging Assistants! This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for design. Brilliant Staging strives to maintain a culture of fun, creativity, and professionalism. We need someone who lives and breathes home décor.

STAGING ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Driving personal vehicle mostly within King and Snohomish Counties for estimates, staging, and destaging
- Staging Estimates
- Pulling, Packing, safe loading, unloading, placement, removal, wrapping, unwrapping transportation and safe storage of staging inventory
- Selecting/pulling art, pillows and décor/accessory items for each staging
- Assist Stagers on Staging Day: Help wrap, pack and load décor into bins and vehicles, Bag pillows, towels, books etc. At the staging, unload and unpack art, décor etc.
- Steam bedding, shower curtains etc. Wipe down furniture, glass mirrors etc
- Placing and hanging art
- Managing potentially stressful situations and problem-solving on the go
- Inventory control, reporting, and fixing damaged inventory if possible
- Warehouse and small inventory organization
- Working under time constraints
- Maintaining strict attention to detail, quickly developing a comprehensive knowledge of inventory
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn the product and acclimate to the company culture
- Showing up to meetings and work on time
- Shopping for staging inventory when needed
- Inputting new inventory into online programs
- Good Customer Service Skills and Great Positive Attitude
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable means of transportation
- Exhibit a positive attitude, solution-focused, and great problem solver
- Meet at the warehouse in South Everett daily
- Willing to drive within 30 miles for jobs/estimates (mileage reimbursements)
- Responsible, reliable, and on-time
- Staging or design experience required
- Knowledge of Current Home/Furniture Trends
- Ability to create beautiful home layouts/designs
- Must be able to create beautiful vignettes
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Frequently lift and/or move more than 20 pounds
- Regularly spend long periods of time on your feet (8 hours and sometimes more)
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm.
- Ability to be flexible and available for changing, fast-paced, and short-notice schedule (Hours will vary based on season)
- Capable of learning/using online programs for inventory selection, etc.
- Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol and background screening
HOURS:
FLEXIBLE – 20 to 40 hours per week
- 20 hours per week guaranteed but not always required
- Business hours which employee is expected to be available for work are Monday- Friday, between 8 am-5 pm with the ability to make up hours on weekends if wanted

- Are you able to work for long hours on your feet, frequently moving bins, walking up and down stairs etc.?
- Staging follows a real estate schedule which can often be changing, unpredictable, and fast-paced. Are you available to work M-F 8am-5pm? Are you available to work on short notice, sometimes next day?
