Job Title: Sr. Director of Product

Location: Colombia, SC

Salary Range: $225,000 - $237,000 bonus

We are looking for a Senior Director of Product to oversee core business capabilities and transactional systems. This leadership role focuses on defining and executing the strategy for key areas such as sales and marketing, credit, servicing, and digital experiences. Working within SCRUM and AGILE frameworks, this role involves managing four sub-area leaders and collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Define and Execute Product Capability Strategy

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for core business capabilities that align with customer-focused product offerings.
• Lead the management of product capabilities, ensuring they meet organizational goals and readiness criteria.
• Provide insights to executive leadership on industry dynamics, competitive landscapes, and portfolio strategies.
  
  

Plan and Manage Capability Releases

• Establish clear release schedules that align with business priorities and deliver measurable value.
• Ensure user stories and value-driven milestones are tracked and achieved.
• Scope and prioritize release plans based on organizational impact and strategic goals.
  
  

Foster and Develop High-Performing Teams

• Identify opportunities for team growth and address resource capacity needs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to teams, enabling them to turn strategic roadmaps into actionable initiatives.
• Oversee departmental budgeting and ensure financial accountability.
  
  

Required Education And Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is required.
• Professional certifications in product management or project management are a plus.
  
  

Preferred Experience And Skills

• Extensive senior leadership experience in the banking sector.
• Expertise in managing the full product lifecycle and developing technical solutions.
• Proven track record of building cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong strategic thinking and business case development abilities.
• In-depth understanding of industry trends, competitive analysis, and digital transformation.
