Brillient Corporation is seeking a dynamic and innovative Program Manager with exceptional management and people skills. This position requires technical acumen to oversee a complex, multi-disciplinary program and the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of program personnel. As the Program Manager, you will be the key liaison between Brillient Corporation and a government client, ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual obligations. What You Will Need to Succeed:
· Proven experience managing a high-dollar program, project, or contract (over $200 million lifecycle).
· Ten years of comprehensive project management experience, with at least five years in a production environment.
· A bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Program Management
- Business or Public Administration
- Technical Management
- Information Systems
- Finance
- Accounting
- Related Fields
· Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and coordinate planning and implementation of project activities.
· Presentation and public speaking skills.
· Experience addressing operational concerns, monitoring overall customer satisfaction, developing and implementing operational policies, and analyzing training needs.
· Knowledge of records management; Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
· Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent time management skills to plan, manage, and coordinate program functions.
Position Requirements:
· A minimum of ten years of comprehensive project management experience.
· At least five years of this experience must be in a government contracts environment.
· Ability to acquire a Secret Clearance
· This position is an on-site position at the Governments facility.
· A bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines
- Program Management
- Business or Public Administration
- Technical Management
- Information Systems
- Engineering
- Finance
- Accounting
- Related Fields
· A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired.
- A PMP certification issued by the Project Management Institute may be used in lieu of educational requirements.
Additional Preferred Skills:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for client contacts, maintaining strong and collaborative relationships.
· Experience working in environments with ISO and CMMI certifications.
· Ability to motivate a large workforce (500 ) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in Lean environments.
· Collaborate with analytics to apply appropriate resources while maintaining high quality.
· Identify and mitigate risks to ensure continuity of operations.
· Monitor schedules, risk management, performance metrics, and cost control.
· Develop and execute program strategies to drive contract expansion and future business growth.
· Prepare and present program reviews, reports, and updates to senior leadership both internal to Brillient and to the client.
· Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
