- Frontend Web: Senior Software Development Engineer
- Frontend Developer (UI/UX for Contact Center) –
- Develop and optimize the agent and customer experience within AWS Connect.
- Implement user-friendly and responsive UI components.
- Work with UX designers to create intuitive workflows.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend services.
- Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices for contact centers.
- Experience with API integration and real-time data visualization.
