Senior Golang Developer

- Job Title: Senior Golang Engineer
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Golang.
- Implement and manage event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, and stream processing.
- Develop and optimize graph database solutions using Neo4j and Cypher query language.
- Work with Temporal.io for workflow orchestration and distributed systems management.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and gRPC services for seamless system integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver scalable, high-quality software.
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
- Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Follow Agile best practices and CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.
- 5 years of experience in backend software development, with at least 3 years in Golang.
- Strong expertise in Kafka, including topic configuration, schema registry, stream processing, and CDC (Change Data Capture) patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Neo4j, Temporal.io, and distributed databases.
- Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Solid understanding of NoSQL databases, Redis caching, BPM/BRMS frameworks (Camunda, Flowable).
- Familiarity with GitOps, feature flags, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.
- Experience with GraphQL, gRPC, and event-driven microservices.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud-native applications.
