Role Overview
Global Robotics Delivery is on the hunt for a Senior Kinaxis Consultant to elevate supply chain planning systems to the next level. If you’re passionate about automation, optimization, and cutting-edge technology, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Kinaxis Expertise:
- Configure and customize the Kinaxis platform to fit Robotics’ supply chain needs.
- Develop workflows, business rules, and integrations for seamless operations.
- Expand the platform’s functionality through advanced customizations.
Performance & Troubleshooting:
- Monitor and optimize system performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve Kinaxis functionality and integration challenges.
Collaboration & Training:
- Work closely with stakeholders to implement tailored solutions.
- Create training materials and conduct user education sessions.
Process Innovation:
- Continuously identify and implement improvements within the Kinaxis platform.
- Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders effectively.
What You’ll Need
- Deep understanding of Kinaxis configuration and optimization.
- Strong experience in developing workflows and troubleshooting integrations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
