We are seeking a skilled Lead Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. Duties
- Develop and maintain custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including coding standards, testing procedures, and deployment processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize Continuous Integration practices to streamline development workflows.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide support for end-users by troubleshooting issues and offering training as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency in scripting languages and experience with IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of server management principles.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with AWS services for cloud-based solutions.
- Proficient in T-SQL for database management and querying.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies including React Express for building user interfaces.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with C programming language is a plus.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools and practices is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
