Key Responsibilities

• Lead by mentoring, training, and developing clinical staff and colleagues
• Deliver effective and optimal patient care management
• Implement clinical model playbook and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with billing and regulatory standards
• Foster a treatment environment adhering to State Practice Acts, WC Regulations, and other applicable rules
  
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Department (ED)
• Valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program
• Unrestricted DEA license for California
• Eligible to participate in Medicare
  
  

Preferred

• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R
• Occupational Medicine experience (training available for otherwise qualified candidates)
  
  

Schedule

• Full-time role with no weekend shifts
• 90% Clinical: Patient care delivery
• 10% Administrative: Staff development, operations management, and quality improvement
