Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Department (ED)
- Valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program
- Unrestricted DEA license for California
- Eligible to participate in Medicare
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R
- Occupational Medicine experience (training available for otherwise qualified candidates)
- Full-time role with no weekend shifts
- 90% Clinical: Patient care delivery
- 10% Administrative: Staff development, operations management, and quality improvement
