Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audits for a variety of employee benefit plans including 401(k), 403(b), pension, and health and welfare plans.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable IRS and DOL regulations.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships through high-quality service and communication.
- Mentor and develop staff on audit process and practice management.
- Collaborate with partners and senior management to drive practice development and innovation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of audit experience, with extensive experience in employee benefit plans required.
- CPA certification is preferred but not required.
