Key Responsibilities
- Carrier Sourcing: Identify and vet prospective carriers to build a reliable network of service providers.
- Client Consultation: Gather detailed information from clients to accurately assess and fulfill their shipping needs.
- Quote Management: Obtain and present competitive shipping quotes from carriers to clients in a timely manner.
- Freight Booking: Coordinate freight services with carriers, ensuring all client requirements and deadlines are met.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee the pickup and drop-off of shipments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Shipment Monitoring: Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to damage or delays.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate client records using customer management software.

- 0-2 years of experience in logistics, freight brokering, or a related field, or recent college graduate.
- Korean language proficiency (required) to communicate effectively with business partners.
