Key Responsibilities
- HR Leadership: Oversee HR functions for warehouse operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with warehouse management to implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Recruitment & Selection: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to hire qualified, diverse candidates for warehouse positions.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of warehouse staff.
- Employee Relations: Investigate and resolve employee concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage staffing agencies that align with company values and culture.
- Lease Negotiation: Negotiate and secure favorable lease terms for corporate housing arrangements.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
- Budget Management: Plan and allocate annual and monthly labor budgets to meet operational goals.
- Additional Duties: Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws at the federal, state, and local levels.
- Experience with ADP systems and HR management processes.
- Proficiency in performance management and talent management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and report generation).
