Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual (Korean/English) Factory Shift Manager to oversee and manage warehouse operations across multiple shifts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in logistics and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Warehouse Operations: Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations during assigned shifts, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Implement Policies and Procedures: Enforce warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and ensure a safe working environment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and report on inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and preventing stockouts.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with other managers to implement warehouse improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide warehouse staff during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Performance Monitoring: Track shift performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide shift-specific reports on issues and operational handovers.
• Attendance Tracking: Monitor and report daily attendance and workforce presence for assigned shifts.
• Customer Communication: Maintain effective communication with customer representatives, addressing inquiries and ensuring service level agreements are met during assigned shifts.
• Customer Focus: Cultivate a strong customer focus and implement corrective actions based on feedback from shifts.
• Operational Support: Drive and support the execution of daily operational activities across assigned shifts.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present shift-specific reports detailing issues, important matters for cross-shift communication, and any required handover information. Analyze shift-specific data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  
  

Shift Schedules

• Shift A: Monday – Thursday, Day Shift (7 AM – 7 PM)
• Shift B: Thursday – Sunday, Day Shift (7 AM – 7 PM)
• Shift C: Monday – Thursday, Night Shift (7 PM – 7 AM)
• Shift D: Thursday – Sunday, Night Shift (7 PM – 7 AM)
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in logistics and/or distribution.
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
• Leadership: Proven ability to supervise, train, and lead warehouse teams effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
