- Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials.
- Prepare screens for printing by applying emulsion and exposing them to light.
- Set up and adjust printing machines for optimal performance, including ink mixing and color matching.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the printing process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including proper storage of materials and tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends in print advertising, color theory, and graphic design techniques.
- Previous experience in screen printing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong design foundation.
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk, carry, bend, reach, and balance
- Strong attention to detail, may work on assignments that are routine in nature
- Respectfully take direction from supervisors, overall positive attitude
- Follow standard practices and procedures when directed
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Reliable and prompt in attendance
- Productive in fast-paced environments
