As a Client Care Ambassador , you are responsible for the effective operation of several administrative processes in the Nurse Next Door office and for providing back-up support for caregiving visits to avoid cancelled or missed visits. CNA is required for this role. ( This is a guaranteed 20 hr. pr / wk. admin. position with an additional 10 – 20 possible caregiving hours p / wk. )
You impact growth through the following duties and responsibilities :
Client Care Delivery :
- Coordinates with Care Designer to cover all caregiver call-off visits, ensuring that the client’s services are provided without interruption.
- Transport clients to appointments or outings, as needed.
- Attend First Visits with Caregivers to ensure Client needs and care plans are executed as per the Service Agreement; sets and role models expectations, as needed and required by Care Designer.

Semi-Full time (20 – 40hrs per wk.)
On-call : (as needed for call-offs)
Business Relationships :
Reports to the Care Designer.
Works closely in partnership with Care Services Center.

NPS; Client and Employee Score of 10
Qualifications :
Education Requirements :
CNA or Nursing background is required.
CPR and First Aid Certification required.
Valid driver’s license with clean record required.
Experience Requirements :
Strong computer skills, proficient in G-Suite : Gmail, drive, docs, calendar / MS office suite.
Must have reliable transportation to work and to transport clients as needed.
Ability to successfully complete Nurse Next Door’s MVR requirements for driving insurance coverage.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Intentional organization, planning, time management and multitasking skills.
Customer service and leadership background considered an asset.
Background or Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search (updated every 5 years for continued employment).
Negative TB test (updated every 5 years for continued employment).
