Job Description :
Detail-oriented, reliable, creative team leader of field evaluations of industrial structures. Lead analysis, root cause evaluation, analytical modeling, calculations, and rehabilitation / replacement plans & specifications. Client interface, proposal / estimate development.
Job Duties / Responsibilities :
- Lead field evaluation of existing structures
- Lead services in modeling, calculations, material specification, reporting, design drawings, client / fabricator coordination
- Technical support for structural construction
- Client interface, proposal, and estimate development
- Team mentoring, management, and leadership
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control reviews
Minimum Qualifications :
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam preferred
