Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Be available to work Monday – Friday during the hours of 8:30 AM and 5 PM
- Have good public relation skills.
- Be proactive in looking for tasks which need to be completed
- Answer incoming and make outgoing business calls.
- Assist with processing payroll
- Learn and be proficient in Paylocity
- Complete necessary employee filing
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records
- Assist with conducting interviews for potential employees
- Review and complete reference checks on potential employees
- Be able to proficiently use Microsoft Excel and Word programs.
- Audit employee files on a regular basis
- Be professional in attitude, dress, and appearance.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness in the workplace
- Assist with quality assurance practices
- Be able to cover the front desk when necessary
- Any other duties as assigned
- Minimum of least 18 years old
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug test
- A minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years related working experience
- Complete annual Adult CPR and Standard First Aid.
- Complete Nonviolent Crisis Prevention training.
- Complete medication training
- Complete a state and FBI background check and meet state and agency personnel requirements
- Complete pre-employment drug testing and periodic random drug testing
