As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting our tax & payroll activities that comply with regional laws and promote our companys financial well-being.

Your Day-to-Day

Strategic business partner for GM and Managing Directors

Forecast AOP targets.

Accounting and Reconciliations for entities and business unites to ensure accurate reporting in accordance with legal compliance and Company Policies.

Prepare, review and approve payroll transactions.

Analyze compensation-related data such as bonuses and commissions.

Understanding policies and procedures to maintain effective internal controls.

Oversee AP / AR invoicing and billing

Cashflow management

Revenue controls

Financial Consolidation

Required Skills

Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting, or related experience

5 years or more of demonstrated experience in Accounting

Familiarity with financial programs and software

Excellent communication, attitude, and relationship skills.

Strong Analytical skills

Detailed Oriented

Excellent time management.

Adaptability

Fluent English, and Spanish

Nice to Have

Experience on Payroll and taxes is preferred.
