Position Summary

BringPro specializes in scheduled pick-up and delivery services for larger items, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Our offerings include moving heavy items within your home, delivering newly purchased furniture or appliances, and assembling furniture upon delivery. We also handle small moves over short distances. Additionally, we provide receiving, storage, and white glove installation services, catering to both residential and commercial clients.

The Market Manager would be responsible for overall operations including effective and successful management of labor, productivity, dispatch, quality and safety for our growing company. The manager will ensure safe and efficient operational processes that meet regulatory compliance through SOP development and implementation. Additionally, they must provide inspirational leadership and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws.

This is a Player Coach position. You will be required to work along side the team to ensure results are met. Compensation will be based on overall efficiency and productivity of the market.

***Existing experience working with Interior Design Firms and/or premium furniture is a must!***

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Work with the President and plan for short and long-term company goals.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations.
  • Develop compensation structure that is in alignment with company goals.
  • Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
  • Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees.
  • Support worker communication with the management team.
  • Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
  • Run a safe, injury/accident free workplace.
  • Responsible for all aspects of vehicle and heavy equipment rentals.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer issues. This includes any issues on-site at client facilities, such as breaking a fence or damaging a floor or wall.
  • Actively analyze and improve the customer experience.
  • Work hard, have fun and delight everyone you interact with.
  • Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Successful experience in management, operations, and leadership.
  • General understanding of finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management.
  • Excellent communication skills. (Written and Verbal)
  • Swift decision-making ability.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the moving and/or delivery industry or equivalent.
  • Adaptability - Must be exceptional at adapting to continuous change.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
