About This Role
Brink Constructors, Inc.
The Fleet Director will supervises the use, maintenance and operation of construction vehicles. He/she does the research to find the best vehicle or piece of equipment for the job.
Pay: This is an exempt/salary position. The pay range is $190,000 - $225,000. Pay may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
Location/Travel Requirements: This position will be located in our Centennial Office . Position may require travel.
What You'll Do
You are responsible for the day-to-day planning and operations of the fleet, ensuring efficiency and safety at all time
Provides budget recommendations for fleet operations.
Analyze performance metrics and generate improvement-focused reports. Develop strategies to improve fleet utilization, reduce fuel consumption, and optimize vehicle deployment
Maintains warranties, licenses and registrations for all vehicles.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors to decrease procurement costs.
Develops and implements a preventative maintenance program for entire fleet.
Develop fleet safety program, including the investigation of accidents involving fleet equipment and estimating of damage costs.
Oversees the fleet safety program to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations.
Reviews time and motion records of the fleet to determine downtime for maintenance and repairs of vehicles.
Investigates complaints received on vehicle condition and equipment failure.
Deals with authorized dealers, contractors, vendors to secure equipment and vehicles.
Develops long range plans to eliminate and purchase equipment and vehicles for the fleet.
Estimates costs and sells off obsolete or surplus vehicles and equipment to an auction company or public sales.
Recommends appropriate methods and repairs to recondition the fleet.

Required
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 5 years in fleet management, logistics, or transportation with strong experience in procurement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Valid, Active Driver's license
- Knowledge of the construction, assembly, adjustment and maintenance of diversified mechanical equipment.
- Ability to establish and maintain courteous, professional and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization and all vendors.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply relevant safety rules and practices.
- Ability to understand and follow uncomplicated instructions.
