- The successful candidate will assist the Superintendent in managing crews and subcontractors, ensuring everyone understands hazards and productivity expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lay out work and ensure materials, tools, and equipment are on-site in the proper locations to meet construction schedules.
- Interact with the Superintendent or Project Manager, overseeing complete installation on smaller projects.
- Report to assigned job sites on time, monitor work in progress, and fairly evaluate fellow employees' work performance.
- Train field personnel in technical skills and safety methods.
