BRINKS HOME SECURITY AUTHRIZED DEALER is seeking a highly-motivated closer to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals that are ready to transition their sales experience to a better opportunity with high quality leads provided.
The security industry is booming! We target a specific criteria of new home buyers only because a high percentage are in the market for an alarm immediately after closing. (Leads Provided). We sell the most up to date home security systems with smart home features. Our pay is amazing! Most starting first year sales reps make over 60k. We are a company full of positive and motivated individuals all with the same goal, to sell a product we are proud of and be very well compensated! The learning curve is fast. The environment is fun. The pay is great!
Responsibilities:
- Represent BRINKS HOME SECURITY professionally by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert on our industry.
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills.
- Qualify prospects within assigned sales territory and build a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals.
- Quickly move prospects through the sales process by delivering outstanding consultative, sales, and customer experience.
- Update sales and client databases with current information.
- Be informed on the latest industry developments by attending team meetings and training workshops.
- Negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of outside sales experience preferred.
- Computer literate and is familiar with CRM software.
- Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
- Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be US Citizen.
- All candidates will undergo a criminal history background check through the Department of Justice and the FBI in order to obtain any applicable State/City regulated licenses or registrations.

Pay: $7,896.00 - $9,356.00 per month
