Job Summary

We are seeking a determined Business Development Manager (Commercial Sales Representative) who embodies our core values.

  • This role involves specializing in increasing clientele within commercial fire, access control, and surveillance products and services.
  • You will work within an assigned protected territory to provide consultative, integrated solutions to potential and existing commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently prospect, develop, and negotiate for new leads in your protected sales territory through referrals, company-provided leads, networking groups, and cold calling.
  2. Provide best-in-class customer service and act as an in-market brand ambassador for Monitronics International.
  3. Contribute to a team-oriented, performance-driven environment.
  4. Use digital selling tools and technology to conduct consultative B2B sales presentations, and design customized security, video, and business automation solutions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales in the security or technology industry (commercial security and fire experience required).
  • Experience in the sales/tech/field of fire detection.
