Summary
We’re seeking a creative and organized Social Media Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. This part-time role is ideal for someone who understands the power of storytelling through social, knows how to edit compelling video content, and can ensure our clients show up consistently and professionally online.
This role plays a key part in supporting our clients’ brand visibility while maintaining the voice, tone, and strategy aligned with their goals. You’ll work directly with the CEO and creative team to implement brand-forward content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Our clients’ content is consistent, on-brand, and on schedule
• Short-form videos are delivered, edited, and optimized for engagement
• Posts are not just going out — they’re making an impact
• You’re dependable, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines with little oversight
• You adapt your tone, visuals, and scheduling based on each client’s brand strategy
Responsibilities
• Manage social media calendars for multiple client brands
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.) from raw footage
• Repurpose podcast and live content into bite-sized, engaging clips
• Create social graphics using Canva or Adobe Suite
• Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Monitor basic performance metrics and flag trends or issues
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Collaborate with the CEO to align content with broader marketing strategies
Qualifications
• Must be located in Atlanta, GA
• 1–2 years of social media management experience (freelance or agency)
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
• Experience creating and scheduling content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts at once
• Self-starter who meets deadlines and takes initiative without hand-holding
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Later, Buffer, or Metricool
