Are you creative, energetic, and love spending time with seniors? Join our team at Brinton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as an Activities Aide and help bring joy and engagement to our residents every day!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with planning and leading fun and meaningful activities, games, and social events
- Help residents participate in arts & crafts, music, movies, games, and outings
- Encourage and support residents to get involved based on their interests and abilities
- Help with setting up and cleaning activity areas
- Collaborate with the Activities Director and nursing staff to create a positive environment
- Document resident participation and feedback
- Friendly, patient, and upbeat personality
- Great communication and people skills
- Experience working with seniors or in long-term care is a plus (but not required!)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Competitive hourly pay
- Close major accessible highways - State Rt 1, 322,202 and I-95
