We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and using our point-of-sale system.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions regarding ingredients or preparation methods.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and hygiene standards during food handling and preparation.
- Assist with payment handling procedures, including processing payments accurately.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and basic food safety regulations is essential.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create positive interactions with customers.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus but not mandatory.
