Apprentice Craftsman – Brio Home Builders

About Us: We are a high-end custom home builder passionate about craftsmanship and detail. We are looking for an Apprentice Craftsman eager to learn from experienced professionals while contributing to high-quality home builds.
Position Overview: This is a hands-on opportunity for an individual who wants to develop skills in finish trim work, door hanging, and cabinet installation. You will work under the guidance of master craftsmen, with the potential to grow into a skilled tradesman.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with installing trim, doors, floors and cabinetry.
- Learn proper techniques for precision craftsmanship.
- Help maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Support the team in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Opportunity to gain experience in tile and stone installation.
- Help with odds and ends projects and tasks for custom home building
Qualifications:
- A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- Some experience in carpentry or construction is preferred but not required.
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a commitment to showing up on time.
