JOB SUMMARY
A Community Liaison brings BRiO values, and positive energy into the offices and facilities in their areas. This includes marketing, educating about, and promoting all of BRiO’s lines of business and the value they provide. Planning events, creating engaging social media posts, building strong relationships within the community, and driving new business are essential parts of the role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Three to five (3-5) years of Marketing experience.
· One (1) year of healthcare experience preferred.
· One (1) year of Social Media experience.
· One (1) year of experience using Adobe/Canva.
· Acceptance of philosophy and goals of BRiO Home Health.
· Ability to exercise problem solving skills, be flexible and use independent judgment.
· Ability to work with other individuals to achieve a common goal.
· Ability to enjoy all social environments and show enthusiasm in all they do and say.
· Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
· Must have leadership skills and show initiative.
· Must have the following principles: honesty, integrity, loyalty, drive, kindness and ethics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create and execute effective strategies to market all BRiO lines of business.
· Establish strong relationships with team membersandnew clinicians.
· Create and write engaging social media content and reels for all social media platforms.
· Plan and oversee BRiO events and activities by making a fun and unique experience for the communities we serve.
· Identify, grow, and establish outside physician, facility, and community relationships.
· Utilize physician and facility feedback to identify areas of improvement for BRiO processes and employees.
· Be a representative of BRiO and exude the BRiO values in all you do.
· Assistance with delivering needed documents to patients and care providers.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
BRiO Home Health offices, various medical offices and facilities, event locations.

LIFTING REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to participate in physical activity.
· Ability to work for extended periods while standing and being involved in physical activity.
· Moderate lifting.
Ability to do extensive bending, lifting, and walking on a regular basis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
