Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a positive first impression.
- Manage the to-go orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations when needed.
- Handle phone orders with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
- Resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Host/hostess experience
- Food service background
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous restaurant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Good phone etiquette
- Skilled in guest relations
