Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist patients with mobility and physical exercises as instructed by nursing staff.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status, reporting any changes to the nurse in charge.
- Help patients with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
- Assist with daily activities and recreational activities to promote patient engagement.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including housekeeping duties as needed.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures regarding patient care and safety protocols.
- Must be a certified Nurse Aide in accordance with state regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in healthcare is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
