What You’ll Do in This Role:

Are you looking for a fulfilling role where you can bring smiles, lend a helping hand, and be a bright spot in someone’s day? If so, we’d love to have you on board as a Hospitality Aide! This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a caring, supportive team while making a meaningful impact on our residents' lives.

Primary Responsibilities:

✨ Help residents get where they need to go—whether it's activities, meals, or visits with friends
✨ Be a friendly face! Offer companionship and 1:1 sitting services
✨ Keep rooms cozy and stocked with fresh linens, towels, and supplies
✨ Deliver and pick up meal trays—because good food makes for happy residents!
✨ Assist with keeping things tidy, from making beds to taking out the trash
✨ Help label clothing and organize supplies to keep everything running smoothly
✨ Maintain and clean equipment (like wheelchairs and vitals machines) to keep things in top shape
✨ Work alongside our healthcare team to create a warm and welcoming environment

✅ What You’ll Need:

✔ A big heart and a passion for helping others!
✔ A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills
✔ The ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
✔ Previous healthcare experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!
✔ Physical ability to lift, stand, bend, and move around as needed
