Brio Living Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team in the accounting industry. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create strategic recruitment plans, and implement innovative sourcing strategies. You will leverage your expertise in candidate assessment and selection to ensure we recruit employees who not only possess the necessary technical skills but also fit our vibrant company culture. Your responsibilities will also include building a strong employer brand, fostering relationships with potential candidates, and enhancing our recruitment processes through data-driven insights. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Create and manage job postings across various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Perform candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide guidance to hiring teams on best practices for candidate evaluation and selection.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor recruitment metrics and enhance the efficiency of the talent acquisition process.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the accounting industry.
  • Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates for technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to hiring practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
