Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? As a Wellness Partner , you’ll play a key role in fostering meaningful connections with residents, actively engaging with them to create a vibrant, supportive community. You’ll collaborate with the Wellness Guide to plan and execute exciting events and activities, tailored to the unique interests of our residents. Bring your creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to help create an environment where everyone thrives!
What you’ll do :
- Facilitate regularly occurring events, such as art and musical opportunities.
- Attend trips with Residents.
- Suggests new opportunities for programming.
- Inventory supplies and ensure they are readily available for use.
- Assists with major events.
- Make routine visits to residents and participate in actively engaging the resident 1 : 1 as necessary.
- Perform documentation duties as necessary.
- Assist in planning, organizing and scheduling community events related to residents' interests.
