We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst, Public Investments to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Conducting financial analysis and fundamental due diligence for both public and private companies.
- Performing quarterly financial reviews to monitor credit strength and identify key trends.
- Tracking and communicating material company developments to relevant stakeholders.
- Interpreting and summarizing credit agreements to ensure compliance and understanding of key terms.
- Building and maintaining complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and portfolio performance.
- Preparing investment packages and presenting findings to senior management.
- Collaborating with the team to collect, organize, and process documentation and credit-related information.
- Conducting industry-level analysis to assess relative value within the portfolio and identify broader industry headwinds and tailwinds.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or similar field of study is required.
- 1-2 years’ experience in credit investing, restructuring, or leveraged finance underwriting; commercial real estate knowledge is a plus.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality results.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to thrive in a collaborative, small-team environment.
- Analytical Thinking: Highly analytical mindset with a talent for identifying, scrutinizing, and improving complex processes.

- Software Skills: Strong MS Excel modeling skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically is required.
