The Brio Office Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the office including, but not limited to, providing reception services, maintaining office systems and equipment, purchasing, pantry services, office events, and new hire set-ups. The Office Manager will act as the primary point of contact for all office-related issues and handle all vendor relationships to ensure a smooth office operation. As we will be preparing to move into a new office, the role is a key position in helping to build Brio.

What You Will Do
- Oversees activities and operations of the office including reception on a day-to-day basis. Serves as the go-to person for any office needs for the team and helps drive the office culture
- Works closely with leadership to make sure the office is meeting the needs of the team
- Acts as liaison to the office of the building for security and issuing of access control badges
- Performs regular walk-throughs of office space to ensure ongoing maintenance issues are being completed and that the office space is properly maintained; meets with the office of the building on a regular basis to maintain expected level of service
- Coordinates and executes internal relocations and new hire set-ups between departments and service groups (office services, telecom, IT, HR, and external vendors providing relocation services as required)
- Oversees all vendors including third-party housekeeping and pantry vendors (inventory, submit orders, confirm delivery, track invoices), monitor and maintain supply inventory
- Oversees setup of all conference rooms and events including catering, IT support, booking, setup & take down coordination
- Provides reception services, as needed, including greeting all visitors, and receiving and distributing packages / mail
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years of experience as a high functioning office manager / receptionist / assistant. Corporate Office experience preferred
- Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills
- Excellent in clear and effective communications with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Motivated to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, working with competing deadlines
- Robust attention to detail
- Demonstrates curiosity, with a commitment to continuous improvement
