As a Clinical Consultant at BrioHealth Solutions, you will play a vital role in training nurses, surgeons, cardiologists, and other hospital staff on the proper use of our ventricular assist devices. This role involves extensive travel (up to 50% of the time) to customer sites, as well as occasional coverage of our 24 / 7 support line. We are seeking an experienced professional with prior knowledge of ventricular assist devices who can deliver effective training, contribute to customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities :
This position is responsible for, but not limited to the following :
- Key point of contact for clinical issues at assigned territory.
- Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals, including nurses, surgeons, and cardiologists, on the use and maintenance of BrioHealth Solutions' ventricular assist devices per IFU (Instructions for Use) and educational materials.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that address the specific needs of different hospital staff members.
- Provide on-site support during device implantation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Travel to customer sites as required, with flexibility for up to 50% travel.
- Occasionally cover the national 24 / 7 support line to assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Provide support at Tradeshows as requested by management.
- Effective communication and collaboration with company teams including clinical team, territory team, technical services, customer service, return product analysis, marketing or management.
- Collaborate with the Training and Education team to contribute to the development of training materials and content.
- Maintain and protect confidential information from company and patients.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to provide valuable input for product improvement and future training programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, medical advancements, and regulatory requirements.
