Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging dance programs for various skill levels and age groups.
- Instruct group dance classes and private lessons, ensuring participants understand dance steps and techniques.
- Assess individual progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Maintain a positive and motivating environment, fostering communication and teamwork.
- Stay updated on dance trends and teaching methodologies to continually improve teaching strategies.
- Participate in studio events, including dance parties, competitions and more.
Qualifications
- Teaching certification in dance or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in group dance or fitness instruction and program design
- Knowledge of body mechanics and anatomy
- Familiarity with various fitness disciplines, including kickboxing, Pilates, and yoga
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of participants

Briora is a ballroom dance studio located in Redmond, WA, minutes from the Microsoft main campus. The studio is only 15 minutes from downtown Seattle and 20 minutes from the Seattle-Tacoma International airport, and is surrounded by the breathtaking natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
