As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead classes, provide personalized guidance, and create an encouraging environment for participants of all skill levels.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper technique and safety.
- Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, including core strength, flexibility, and body alignment.
- Develop customized workout plans tailored to the needs and goals of individual clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
- Foster a supportive community atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness and Pilates techniques to enhance class offerings.
- Promote additional services such as personal training or fitness assessments to encourage client participation.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe practice during workouts.
- Experience in fitness sales to effectively promote classes and services.
- Background in personal training or sports coaching is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with other fitness disciplines such as cycle, CrossFit, or kickboxing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and effectively.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of varying fitness levels.
- Strong organizational skills to manage class schedules and client records.

Pay: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour
