Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant (MA) to join our multidisciplinary care team. Key Responsibilities:Clinical Duties:

• Assist providers with physical exams and minor procedures
• Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and specimen collection
• Prepare exam rooms, clean and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Support behavioral health visits by coordinating care and monitoring vitals
• Perform in-home patient visits, ensuring accurate documentation and care delivery

Administrative Duties:

• Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR/EMR)
• Coordinate with pharmacies, labs, specialists, and care teams
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) – required
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program
• CPR/BLS certification – required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation – required for home visits
• Strong EMR/EHR experience (eClinicalWorks, Epic, or similar)
