Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide care for patients with developmental disabilities, geriatrics, and behavioral health concerns.
- Manage inpatient care while collaborating with hospital medicine teams.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize ICD-10 coding for documentation and billing purposes.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and preventive care strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Work effectively with children and families to deliver appropriate healthcare services.
Skills
- Proficient in ICD-10 coding and documentation practices.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of geriatric care principles and practices.
- Familiarity with inpatient care settings and hospital medicine protocols.
