Duties

- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Manage pain effectively through appropriate interventions.
- Provide discharge planning and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for patients.
- Offer specialized care in areas such as infectious disease management and toddler care.
- Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in healthcare practices.
Qualifications
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with relevant certifications.
- Strong knowledge of physiology and pain management techniques.
- Experience in conducting physical examinations and medication administration.
- Familiarity with medical records management systems, particularly Epic.
- Ability to provide compassionate care to diverse patient populations, including toddlers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
