THE OPPORTUNITY :
As Chief of Staff, you will be the force multiplier for the CEO, managing priorities, streamlining operations, and owning key strategic projects across the organization. You will serve as a trusted partner and advisor, ensuring alignment between the CEO's vision and the execution of strategic objectives. This is a unique opportunity to have a profound impact on a fast-growing AI company at the forefront of defining the next era of education
YOU WILL :
- Partner directly with the CEO on critical business initiatives
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and dinners.
- Proactively organize and prioritize the CEO's inbox, drafting responses and flagging critical items.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
- Manage special cross-functional initiatives that don't fall neatly into one team's domain which directly impact company growth's trajectory
- Represent the CEO's office in key stakeholder meetings and strategic partnerships
- Roll up your sleeves to execute critical tasks regardless of scope or visibility
- Spearhead operational improvements across the organization to drive efficiency and scale
- Support the planning and execution of key events, including team retreats and other company gatherings.
- Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, helping prioritize initiatives and ensuring alignment with company goal
