THE OPPORTUNITY:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who thrives at the intersection of paid media, website strategy, and SEO. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for running and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, managing and building our Webflow-powered website, and driving SEO strategy to fuel scalable growth.
You will start as an individual contributor with room to grow to management, meaning you’ll execute most work independently—from launching ads, to making website updates, to optimizing SEO. From day one, you’ll also manage external agencies to ensure seamless execution and optimization. Over time, this position may include hiring and managing direct reports with the expectation that you will always be comfortable executing work yourself.
This role is for someone who loves owning the entire digital growth ecosystem—from ad strategy to website updates to SEO. If you’re a highly technical, analytical, and execution-focused growth marketer, we’d love to hear from you.
YOU WILL:
Website Strategy, Management, & SEO
- Own and manage our website’s performance, UX, and conversion optimization.
- Oversee and collaborate with our Webflow agency, but also make updates and build pages yourself when needed.
- Conduct A/B testing and site improvements to drive higher engagement and conversions.
- Lead SEO strategy to grow organic traffic, working with and managing an SEO agency.
- Implement SEO best practices across website content, structure, and technical optimizations.
User Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Own and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid digital channels such as Meta and Google.
- Optimize CAC, audience targeting, and spend efficiency to maximize ROI.
- Continuously test new ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve acquisition.
- Implement multi-touch attribution and improve campaign measurement.
- Ensure lead management processes effectively track and nurture every educator from awareness to conversion.
Marketing Ops & Funnel Optimization
- Build automated dashboards and reporting to track paid media, website, and SEO impact.
- Manage the integration of Webflow, Klaviyo, and our analytics stack to ensure smooth marketing automation and tracking.
- Optimize marketing & sales funnel handoffs, improving targeting, segmentation, and conversion strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA) while optimizing outreach.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and oversee external agencies (Webflow, SEO) from day one, ensuring top-tier execution.
- Over time, hire and mentor direct reports.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Growth to ensure seamless alignment.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or performance marketing (preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or a high-growth startup).
- Experience managing people (direct reports, agencies, or cross-functional teams).
- Proven success running paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with a strong focus on optimizing CAC and scaling spend.
- Hands-on website management experience (Webflow preferred), including making updates and optimizing conversion rates.
- Strong SEO knowledge and experience managing an SEO agency.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (GA4, Looker, etc.).
- Ability to execute independently while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Growth teams.
BONUS:
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
- Proficiency with Webflow, GA4, Looker, and other analytics tools.
- Background in landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, or advanced marketing automation tools.
