Job Title: Medical Assistant: High-End Telemedicine & Wellness Clinic

Time: Mon-Fri (10AM to 2PM) - 20hrs/week - With a possible extension
Compensation - $20/hr 10% profit sharing from clinic's profit

We are seeking a dynamic, sales-minded Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care and driving clinic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the flow of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and an excellent patient experience.
Administer injections (e.g., vitamin shots, vaccines) and perform other clinical tasks as needed.
Educate patients on Brisk Wellness services and wellness subscription plans, effectively upselling to meet their health goals.
Support patient care activities, including scheduling, prepping for telemedicine consultations, and coordinating wellness treatments.
Maintain compliance with medical and safety standards in all clinical procedures.
Collaborate with providers to enhance patient care and promote wellness services.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior work experience in IV drip clinics, medical spas, or doctor’s offices required.
Skills: Proficient in injections and comfortable seeing patients in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Sales Mindset: Ability to confidently upsell wellness services and subscriptions to clients.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on patient education and satisfaction.
Certified or licensed as a Medical Assistant (state requirements apply).
