Key Responsibilities:
- Managing datasets through business development outreach
- Lead generation for prospecting purposes
- Researching property and client information
- Prospecting and fostering leads.
- Financial analysis and presentation for income-producing properties
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and listing management
- Market analysis and research as it relates to properties and real estate trends.
- Coordinating the sale process through collaboration with support staff
Qualifications
- Real Estate license required.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms.
- Experience reviewing contracts and/or professional legal agreements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related industry or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Real Estate
