Job Title: Concierge Greeter
We are seeking an experienced, well-polished, and upbeat Concierge Greeter to create an exceptional first impression of our community for those who visit our busy front desk.
You will be the face of our brand, representing the personality of The Bristal. Your attitude, demeanor, and knowledge must reflect the excellence of our service and core values.
In this role, you will be essential in representing the loving care, attention to detail, and superior customer service that we bring to our residents every day.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and positivity
- Take accurate phone messages and respond to requests by residents
- Greet visitors warmly and complete information cards on inquiries
- Respond to resident, guest, and team member inquiries in a polite and timely fashion
- Handle emergencies promptly and appropriately
- Keep front desk sign-in/sign-out logs accurate and up-to-date
- Perform basic computer data entry as needed
Requirements:
- Clear and confident speaking voice
- Cheerful, upbeat, positive, and professional demeanor
- Must be alert and attentive to details, situations, and emergencies
- Strong but patient and pleasant communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) preferred
- Able to communicate fluently in English, both orally and in written communications
- Must always be respectful and polite to residents, guests, and fellow team members
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Please note that we are hiring for a 3pm to 11pm Tuesday through Thursday position.
