Responsibilities:
- Assist residents onto and off of the bus, maintaining a high level of dignity and respect.
- Greet residents in a courteous and pleasant manner, setting the tone for a positive experience.
- Drive company vehicles in accordance with all local and state laws, prioritizing road safety and responsible driving practices.
- Coordinate proper maintenance and cleaning schedules for company vehicles, ensuring they remain in good working condition.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or incidents to the Lifestyle Director, facilitating prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.
- Complete incident reports for any resident accidents, injuries, or incidents, upholding accountability and transparency.
- Ensure the vehicle is cleaned out after every trip, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
