Job Description -We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service with a cheerful, friendly, helpful attitude.

You will help increase sales, help identify client needs, present our products and services and recommend solutions and answer questions. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

Who You Are -Must have at least three of the following:

• Experienced in auto parts counter sales
• A good knowledge of auto parts
• A Passion for cars or car detailing and paint correction
• Experience with professional detailing products and equipment
• Familiarity with cataloging and or inventory management.
• Familiarity with industrial tool and supply.
• Use computers accurately and effectively
• Work well as a team to produce a consistently winning store.
• Thrive in a diverse, fast-paced and results-oriented retail environment.
• A record of consistently high sales averages
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Shows energy initiative and creativity
• Management experience a plus
