What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Department Program Specialist position at Bristol Bay Area Health Corporation?
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Performs complex administrative duties at a high level involving all departmental regulatory documentation requirements for entities such as TJC, CMS, NFPA, OSHA, State of Alaska, and other applicable federal agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess an associate’s degree and/or three (3) years’ experience related to office management or experience with compliance of various types with regulatory agencies.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with Microsoft Office suite or similar software, preferred.
- Experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
- Healthcare facilities knowledge strongly desired.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
