PURPOSE OF JOB: Assist the pharmacists in clerical functions, pharmacy point of sales, and other related duties.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.Two years of college or two years of continuous employment in a medically related field preferred.
- Computer/word processing skills required. Must type with accuracy and be able to maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Must be reliable.
- Good communication skills are required. Medical terminology skills preferred.
- Applicant must be Alaska State Pharmacy Technician certified and remain certified in good standing.
