This position is located at Port Hueneme, Naval Base Ventura County, CA.
Project Scope of Work:
The objective of this project is for the Contractor to provide design and construction services to investigate, design, repair, and renew the exterior and damaged interior of the medical clinic, building 1402 at Port Hueneme. Exterior Renovation including Building Envelope, Roof Overlay, New Lighting, Signage, and new flashing & Sheet metal. Interior renovation including all restrooms throughout the facility. This is a USACE - Little Rock District Task Order. This is a $15.5M project with an option for an additional $8M to be funded for interior renovation. The project is anticipated to be substantially complete by November 2025 but will extend further if an interior renovation option is awarded.
